Completely dry vacuum pumps with high corrosion resistance. The simple and robust design of the pump makes it possible to cope with the by-products of the pumping process - liquids, condensate and even small particles. VSD pumps are suitable for applications that are very sensitive to process temperatures. They provide high pumping efficiency and a vacuum level up to 0.075 mbar abs.
