Aeration

The wastewater treatment process includes several stages. One of the most important is the biological stage, since it is at this stage that wastewater is cleaned of all kinds of organic elements. To do this, aerotanks are installed in the cleaning systems.
An aerotank is a reservoir through which drains pass. At the same time, they are mixed with biomass – activated sludge. The aerotank is one of the most advanced devices capable of producing high-quality biochemical water purification. Wastewater in the tank is constantly mixed with sludge, while oxygen is pumped into the tank.
For this purpose, compressors of the DT, KDT, DTLF series and SV blowers are successfully used. The pressure is regulated depending on the depth of the reservoir.

Purification plants / Oxygen ozonators

In large and medium-capacity water treatment plants, ozone generators with an oxygen concentrator have a number of obvious advantages over ozonators using air as a working gas:
firstly, the concentration of ozone in oxygen ozonators is several times higher than in air ones, which dramatically reduces ozone losses during dissolution, simplifies ozone injection systems into water, and increases the reliability of equipment;
secondly, the advantage of ozone generators with an oxygen concentrator is associated with their greater energy efficiency, which is significant, especially in installations with high ozone productivity.
Ozonators are designed for tasks such as bottling water, large swimming pools, purification of drinking water in cities and towns, etc.
The units use compressors of the DT series with a capacity from 4 to 40 m³/h.

Fisheries

Live fish is a fairly popular product among the population of our country. And high demand, as you know, generates supply. For breeding fish, you can use an artificial pond, equipped on a private plot. In order to bring the conditions as close as possible to natural ones, the reservoir will have to be equipped with specialized equipment:
- Gravity filter for pond filtration.
- UV sterilizer to prevent water blooming.
- A compressor that will saturate the water with oxygen. It is especially important in shallow reservoirs.

We offer SV blowers and DT and KDT compressors for fish farms. They work reliably even in the most difficult conditions and have a wide range of options for long-term successful operation.

Vacuum sewerage

Vacuum sewerage is an advanced technology in solving the problem of waste and wastewater collection and treatment.
To create negative pressure during the drainage of a vacuum sewer system, a central vacuum station with a main tank and a pumping group is used, to which the system users are connected by main lines.
The required vacuum in the sewer is maintained by oil-sealed Becker U4, U5 pumps or KVT, VTLF dry pumps. Drains from the collection chambers are discharged when the level of operation is reached, at the same time the vacuum valve opens, the drains flow through the main pipes into the main tank. When the float is lowered to the lower level of operation, the vacuum valve closes. When the main reservoir is filled, the effluents are pumped into the collector of the central sewer or to treatment facilities.
Unlike the traditional scheme, in which the air in the riser creates resistance to the downward movement of water, in the new design, a vacuum is created below the water inlet into the funnel and improves the characteristics of the pressure flow in the discharge pipelines.

Vacuum units for water intake

They are used to fill the pipeline before starting centrifugal pumps. They ensure that the water level in the tank is maintained automatically. A mechanism has been implemented to protect pumps from dry running and flooding with an indication of operating modes.
