Air filters

They are installed on the suction line to protect the equipment from pollution and mechanical solids. The degree of air filtration by a polyester cartrige is 99% of particles with a size of 5 microns. The cartridge must be changed if the pressure drop on the filter exceeds 38 mbar.

Designed to protect against the ingress of mechanical impurities and anything else into the suction pipe, incl. personnel. There haven't got replacement cartridges. Screw-on installation. Selection for the blower model is carried out only by connection.

ABF filters installed in front of the vacuum pump make it possible to remove bacterial and other contaminants (solid and liquid) as efficiently as possible and, thus, prevent damage to the pumps and possible biological contamination of the environment. The removed liquids are collected in a transparent borosilicate flask, which can be removed for sterilization without stopping the pump. When tested for compliance with BS 3928 (UK), the efficiency of ABF filters exceeds the value of 0.005% specified in HTM 2022 for use in infectious disease departments. All filters are equipped with a differential pressure gauge as standard to monitor the degree of contamination.
