Booster vacuum pumps or Roots pumps of the RPZ series are two–rotor pumps for working in tandem with a pre-vacuum pump. They operate without the use of lubrication in the working chamber and create a small pressure drop between suction and discharge, but provide continuously high performance of the vacuum system as a whole.
In combination with single-stage pumps of the RVL series ZME or two-stage rotary vane oil-compacted pumps of the RVLD series, vacuum installations are formed that provide a capacity of up to 4800 m3/h at a maximum residual pressure of < 0,1 mbar abs.
